【材料】
厚揚げ 1個
豚バラスライス肉 8枚
片栗粉 適量
小葱の小口切り 適量
酒 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ1.5
醤油 大さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1
水 大さじ1
【作り方】
油揚げは8個に切り分けておく
豚肉を並べて片栗粉を薄く振りかけて厚揚げに巻き付ける
フライパンに油を敷いて火を付けて、豚肉を巻きつけた厚揚げの
巻き終わりを下にして入れる。転がしながら中火で焼き目を付ける
肉に焼き色が付いたら、酒大さじ1,みりん大さじ1.5
醤油大さじ1,砂糖小さじ1、水大さじ1を入れてとろみがつくまで煮詰める
器に盛り付けて、煮詰めたタレを掛けて小葱を散らす

8 slices of pork belly
Appropriate amount of potato starch
Appropriate amount of finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon of sake
1.5 tablespoons of mirin
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of water
[Instructions]
- Cut the thick-fried tofu into 8 pieces.
- Lay out the pork slices and lightly sprinkle potato starch on them. Wrap the pork around the thick-fried tofu.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and place the wrapped thick-fried tofu with the seam side down. Cook over medium heat, rolling to brown evenly.
- Once the meat has browned, add 1 tablespoon of sake, 1.5 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of water. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve on a plate, drizzle the thickened sauce over the top, and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
